Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 27.--CEREAL MALT BEVERAGES

41-2712. Invalidity of part.Should any court declare any section, clause or provision of this act tobe unconstitutional such decision shall affect only such section, clause orprovision so declared unconstitutional and shall not affect any othersection, clause or provision of this act.
