Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 27.--CEREAL MALT BEVERAGES

      41-2725.   Cereal malt beverage prohibited at state capitol.(a) No person shall drink or consume cereal malt beverage inthe state capitol building or on the grounds of the state capitol building.

      (b)   Violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of notless than $50 or more than $200 or by imprisonment for not more than sixmonths, or both.

      (c)   As used in this section, terms have the meanings provided by K.S.A.41-2701 and amendments thereto.
