Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

      41-305.   Manufacturer's license; rights oflicensee.A manufacturer'slicense shall allow the manufacture and storage of alcoholic liquor andcereal malt beverage and the saleof alcoholic liquorand cereal malt beverage to distributors and nonbeverage users licensedin this state and tosuch persons outside this state as permittedby law.A person holding a farm winery license issued pursuant to K.S.A.41-308a, and amendments thereto, may also be issued amanufacturer's license; provided, that no alcoholic liquor or cereal maltbeverage manufactured by such licensee shall be sold bysuch licensee at its licensed premises or at any of suchlicensee's winery outlets.
