Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

      41-314.   Retail licensee; forfeiture or revocation of license forviolation of act.(a) When a retail licenseehas been convicted by any court of aviolation of any of the provisions of this act, such licenseemay, in addition to thepenalty for such offense, incur a forfeiture of license and all moneysthat have been paid therefor.

      (b)   In accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrativeprocedure act, the director may revokethe license of any retailer or deny issuance of a retail licensein an original proceeding broughtbefore the directorupon conviction of a violation of this act.
