Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

      41-320.   Suspension or revocation of license; hearings.(a) All proceedings for the suspension and revocationof licenses of manufacturers, distributors, retailers, microbreweries,farm wineries andnonbeverage users shall be before the director, and the proceedings shallbe in accordance with the provisions of the Kansasadministrative procedure act. Except as provided insubsection (b), no license shall be suspended or revoked except after ahearing by the director.

      (b)   When proceedings for the suspension or revocation of a distributor'slicense are filed and the distributor has been issued more than one licensefor distributing places of business in this state, any order of thedirector suspending or revoking the license at any one place of businessshall suspend or revoke all licenses issued to the distributor. Whenone person is the holder of stock in two or more corporations licensed asdistributors under the provisions of this act, any order of the directorsuspending or revoking the license of any such corporation shall operate asa suspension or revocation of the license of all corporations licensed asdistributors in which the person is a stockholder.
