Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

41-324. Same; duty of county or district attorney.Upon the request of the director, the county or district attorney ofany county where a review is pending in the district courtunder this act shallappear and defend or assist in defending against such review on behalfof the state of Kansas and shall be entitled to receive compensation of$25 per day for each day actually spent incourt by such county or district attorney in defending orassisting in defending against such review. Such compensation shallbe paid by the director from the liquorcontrol administration fund.
