Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

      41-329.   Sale in federal area by manufacturer or supplier; revocationof authorization to do business in state.(a) If a manufacturer or supplier authorized to do business in this statesells any alcoholic liquor in a federal area, the director shall revokethe manufacturer's or supplier's authorization to do business in accordancewith the Kansas liquor control act.

      (b)   As used in this section, "federal area" has the meaning provided byK.S.A. 41-501 and amendments thereto.

      (c)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas liquor control act.

      (d)   If any provision of this section or its application to any personor circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any otherprovision of this act, the Kansas liquor control act or K.S.A. 79-41a01et seq., and amendments thereto, and, to this end, the provisionsof this section are severable.
