Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

41-338. Same; notice of address change required.If the holder of a salesperson's permit changes address fromthat noted on the application for the permit, the salesperson shall notifythe director of such change of address within five days. Failure to sonotify the director of a change of address shall make the salesperson'spermit subject to revocation in accordance with the Kansas administrative procedure act.
