Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

      41-339.   Same; suspension or revocation of permit; administrativeaction against employer.(a) If the holder of salesperson's permit is convicted of a felonyor violates the provisions of the Kansas liquor control act or the cerealmalt beverage laws of this state, or any rules and regulations adoptedthereunder, the director may suspend or revoke any and all permits issuedto such salesperson. The director shall suspend or revoke a salesperson'spermit if the salesperson is not qualified to receive a permit pursuant toK.S.A. 41-334.

      (b)   In addition to suspending or revoking a salesperson's permit, thedirector may suspend or revoke the authority of the salesperson's employerto sell alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage to licensed distributorswithin the state of Kansas or, if the salesperson is an employee of alicensed distributor, suspend or revoke such distributor's license.

      (c)   Any suspension or revocation of a license or permit pursuant to thissection shall be in accordance with the Kansas administrative procedure act.
