Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

      41-343.   Same; definitions.As used in K.S.A. 41-342 through 41-345, "nonalcoholic maltbeverage" means abeverage containing less than .5% alcohol by volume obtained by alcoholfermentation of an infusion or coction of barley, or other grain, malt andhops in water and includes beer, ale, stout, lager beer, porter andsimilar beverages having such alcoholic content.
