Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 4.--BONDED WAREHOUSES AND RELATED PROVISIONS

      41-408.   Common carriers authorized to carryliquor.Any common carrier of merchandise owning or operating any railroad,express company, bus, truck or other transportation lines or routes for thetransportation of merchandise in the state of Kansas also may transportalcoholic liquor to a warehouse withinthe state of Kansas. Theconsignee shall be a manufacturer or distributor maintaining awarehouse for such liquor within the state of Kansas. Any such liquorarrivingata point of entry in the state of Kansas may enter, inaccordance with anyrules and regulations which may be adopted pursuant to K.S.A. 41-210,and amendments thereto,for transportation to any warehouse in the state of Kansas.
