Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 4.--BONDED WAREHOUSES AND RELATED PROVISIONS

41-412. Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereofto any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall notaffect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effectwithout the invalid provisions or application, and, to this end, the provisionsof this act are severable.
