Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 7.--CERTAIN PROHIBITED ACTS AND PENALTIES

      41-705.   Violation of 41-703 or 41-704; effect.Any licensee who shall permit or assent, or be a party in any way to anyviolation or infringement of the provisions of K.S.A. 41-703 or41-704 shall be deemed guilty of a violation of thisact, and any money loaned contrary to a provision of this act shall notbe recovered back, or any note, mortgage or other evidence ofindebtedness, or security, or any lease or contract obtained or madecontrary to this act shall be unenforceable and void.
