Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 7.--CERTAIN PROHIBITED ACTS AND PENALTIES

      41-707.   Labels; quality of liquor; requirements.No alcoholic liquor labeled as "whisky" or "gin" shall be sold at retailin this state, unless the entire alcoholic content thereof, exceptflavoring materials, is a distillate of fermented mash of grain ormixture of grains. Alcoholic liquor of the type of whisky or gin or winenot conforming to this requirement may be sold at retail if labeled"imitation whisky" or "imitation gin" or "imitation wine" as the casemay be. No spirits shall contain any substance, compound or ingredientwhich is injurious to health or deleterious for human consumption.
