41-718. Sale only in original package; refilling prohibited.(a) No person except a manufacturer, distributor, microbrewery, farm wineryor wholesaler shall fillor refill, in whole or in part, any original package of alcoholic liquorwith the same or any other kind or quality of alcoholic liquor.
(b) No person shall have in the person'spossession for sale atretail any bottles, casks or other containers containing alcoholic liquor,except in original packages.
