Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 9.--GENERAL PENALTY PROVISIONS

      41-904.   Violation by agent or employee of licensee; deemed act oflicensee, when.Every act or omission of whatsoever nature constituting a violation ofany of the provisions of this act, by any officer, director, manager orother agent or employee of any licensee, if such act is committed oromission is made with the authorization, knowledge or approval of thelicensee, shall be deemed and held to be the act of such employer orlicensee, and such employer or licensee shall be punishable in the samemanner as if such act or omission had been done or omitted by himpersonally.
