Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 9.--GENERAL PENALTY PROVISIONS

      41-905.   False branding; forfeiture; penalty.Any person who shall knowingly possess, sell, ship, transport or in anyway dispose of any alcoholic liquor under any other than the proper name orbrand known to the trade as designating the kind and quality of thecontents of the package or other containers of such alcoholic liquor or whoshall cause any such act to be done, shall forfeit to the state suchalcoholic liquor and such packages and containers, and shall be subject tothe punishment and penalties provided for violation of this act.
