Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION
Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      42-119.   Lien upon crop for water furnished under contract forirrigation purposes.Any person, association or corporation which shall, under contract withthe owner of a tract or piece of land, his agent, trustee, or undercontract with the husband or wife of such owner, furnish water forirrigating any portion of said tract of land, shall have a lien upon thewhole crop grown upon said tract or parcel of land during the year thewater is so furnished, for the full amount of the contract price.
