Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION
Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-378.   Extension of main ditches into other counties.Any irrigation district formed under this act shall have power to extendits main ditches, for the purpose of obtaining a sufficient supply ofwater, into any adjoining county or counties, and through as many countiesas may be necessary in order to secure a sufficient supply of water.
