Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION
Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-382.   Same; procedure.That all petitions, reports, election returns, bonds, moneys and othermatters that are directed to be presented, returned, paid to ordeposited with the board of county commissioners or other countyofficers by the inhabitants, landowners, the board of irrigationcommissioners or other officers of an irrigation district by theprovisions of K.S.A. 42-357 to 42-380, shall, when suchdistrict is located or proposed to be located in two or more counties,be presented, returned, paid to or deposited with the board of countycommissioners or other county officers of the county in which thegreater part of the territory of such district is located or proposed tobe located.
