Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION
Article 7.--DISTRICTS

      42-729.   Same; order on petition.The board of directors, if it deems it for the best interests of thedistrict, may reject the petition for change of boundaries or inclusion orexclusion of lands. If it deems it for the best interests of the districtor the petitioners that the boundaries of the district be changed, theboard shall, by order duly made, include in the district the landsdescribed in the petition, or such part thereof as shall be determinedadvisable by said board or exclude from the district the lands described inthe petition, or such part thereof as shall be determined advisable by saidboard.
