Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 10.--KANSAS ACTS AGAINST DISCRIMINATION

      44-1012.   Posting of law and information.Every person, as defined herein, employer, employment agency and laborunion subject to this act, shall keep posted in a conspicuous place orplaces on his premises a notice or notices to be prepared or approved bythe commission, which shall set forth excerpts of this act and suchother relevant information which the commission shall deem necessary toexplain the act.
