Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 11.--DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT

      44-1117.   Unlawful acts; penalties.(a) No person shall willfully resist, prevent, impede orinterfere with the commission or any of its members or representatives inthe performance of duty under this act or shall willfully violate any orderof the commission.

      (b)   Violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonmentfor not more than one year or by afine of not more than $500, or both.

      (c)   Lawful use of procedures for review of a commission order shall notbe considered a violation of this section.
