Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 15.--ATHLETE AGENTS

      44-1522.   Suspension, revocation or refusal to renewregistration.(a) The secretary of state may suspend, revoke or refuse torenew a registration for conduct that would have justified denial ofregistration under subsection (b) ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.44-1521, and amendmentsthereto.

      (b)   The secretary of state may deny, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew acertificate of registration or licensure only after proper notice and anopportunity for a hearing pursuant to the Kansas administrative procedures act.
