44-1533. Athlete agent registration fee fund;credits; use.There is hereby created in the state treasury the athleteagentregistration fee fund which shall be administered by the secretary of state.All moneys credited to the athlete agent registration fee fund shall be usedfor the expenses incurred for the performance of the duties and functions ofthe secretary of state under the uniform athlete agents act. All expendituresfrom the athlete agent registration fee fund shall be made in accordance withthe provisions of appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accountsand reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of state orby a person or persons designated by the secretary. Fees, civil penalties andother moneys received under this act bythe secretary of state shall be remitted to the statetreasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendmentsthereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the creditof the athlete agent registration fee fund.
