Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 3.--PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION

44-326. Severability.If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any personor circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the act, and theapplication of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall notbe affected thereby.
