Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 5.--WORKERS COMPENSATION

44-554. Depositions.The director or the administrative law judge, whoever is conducting thehearing or other proceeding, or any party affected by the hearing orproceedings maycause the depositions of witnesses residing within or without the state tobe taken in the manner prescribed by law for like depositions in civilactions in district courts in this state.
