Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 5.--WORKERS COMPENSATION

      44-565.   Invalidity of part.If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this act isfor any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affectthe validity of the remaining portions of this act. The legislature herebydeclares that it would have passed the act, each section, subsection,sentence, clause, and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any oneor more of the same shall be declared unconstitutional.
