Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES
Article 5a.--OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES

      44-5a21.   Rules and regulations.The director of workers' compensation shall adopt such rules andregulations as necessary to carry out the intent and purposesof this act.
