      45-250.   Sunflower Foundation: Health Care forKansas; subject to open records law.The Sunflower Foundation: Health Care for Kansas,established pursuant to the settlement agreement entered into by the attorneygeneral in the action filed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Inc., inthe district court of Shawnee county, Kansas, case no. 97CV608, shall be and ishereby deemed to be a public agency and shall be subject to the open recordslaw.
