Chapter 45.--PUBLIC RECORDS, DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION
Article 3.--LEGISLATIVE DOCUMENTS

      45-304b.   Veto after adjournment; reconsideration.The governor may veto any bill or item of appropriation within the timespecified in the constitution, whether the legislature has adjourned ornot. Whenever the legislature adjourns sooner than the time when thegovernor may return any bill to its house of origin with his or her vetomessage thereof or an item of appropriation thereof, the concurrentresolution of adjournment shall fix a time for reconvening appropriate topermit reconsideration of any such bill or item of appropriation in casethe same may be vetoed.
