Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      46-128.   Deposition; power of judge to prevent abuse of privileges.Any deposition taken during the time mentioned and referred to inK.S.A. 46-125, without leave of court shall not be read inevidence on behalf of the party taking the same without the consent ofany such attorney: Provided, That the judge shall have fulldiscretionary power to prevent any abuse of the privileges hereingranted.
