Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 10.--INVESTIGATING COMMITTEES; COMPULSORY PROCESS

46-1007. Administration of oaths and affirmations.The chairperson or vice-chairperson ofany investigating committee (or anymember thereof so authorized by such committee) may administer oaths oraffirmations for the purpose of receiving testimony.
