Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 12.--LEGISLATIVE COORDINATING COUNCIL

      46-1212b.   Transfers relating to the joint committee on legislativeservices and facilities.(a) On the effective date of this act, such officers and employees asare engaged on said date in the performance of powers, duties and functionsof the existing secretary of the joint committee on legislative servicesand facilities or his or her office shall become officers and employees ofthe division of legislative administrative services, and shall retain allretirement benefits which such officers or employees had before suchtransfer under the laws of this state, and their services shall be deemedto have been continuous.

      (b)   Whenever in the statutes of this state there is reference to thejoint committee on legislative services and facilities or its secretary,such reference shall mean the legislative coordinating council or suchofficer or committee as it shall designate.
