Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 12.--LEGISLATIVE COORDINATING COUNCIL

      46-1217.   Transition; transfer of officers and employees.On the effective date of this act, such officers and employees as areengaged on said date in the performance of powers, duties and functions ofthe existing revisor of statutes, existing research department of theKansas legislative council, or existing joint committee on legislativeservices and facilities shall become officers and employees of the officeof revisor of statutes, legislative research department or of thelegislature, as the case may be, and shall retain all retirement benefitswhich such officers or employees had before such transfer under the laws ofthis state, and their services shall be deemed to have been continuous.
