Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 12.--LEGISLATIVE COORDINATING COUNCIL

      46-1221.   Nonapplication of act in certain cases.The provisions of this act shall not apply to the state financecouncil, the Kansas commission on interstate cooperation, the advisorycommittee to the Kansas commission on interstate cooperation, the motorvehicle reciprocity commission, the legislative post-audit committee or theKansas judicial council, nor to any committee, delegate, member, officer oremployee of any of the foregoing specified in this section when acting foror under authority thereof.
