Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 16.--COMMITTEES ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

46-1602. Senate standing committee on commerce.There is hereby established a standing committee of the senateknown as the senate committee on commerce. Themembers of thecommittee shall be appointed in the same manner as members of otherstanding committees of the senate. Laws and rules applicable to otherstanding committees of the senate shall apply to the senate commerce committee.
