Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

46-218. "Preceding calendar year" defined."Preceding calendar year" shall have its usual meaning, except that inthe case of candidates and individuals newly appointed to state office oremployment, it shall mean the twelve (12) months immediately preceding arequired filing date.
