Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

      46-249.   Same; content of statement.The statement of substantial interests required by K.S.A. 46-247through 46-252 shall be dated and signed by the individualmaking the statement and shall contain substantially the following:

STATEMENT OF SUBSTANTIAL INTERESTS

(address)(body of statement in form prescribed by commission)

      "I declare that this statement of substantial interests (includingany accompanying schedules and statements) has been examined by me andto the best of my knowledge and belief is a true, correct and completestatement of all of my substantial interests and other matters requiredby law. I understand that intentional failure to file this statement asrequired by law or intentionally filing a false statement is a class Bmisdemeanor."
