Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

46-250. Same; forms; amendments.The commission shall prescribe and provide the forms provided for byK.S.A. 46-249. Any person required to file a statement ofsubstantial interests, may file an amended statement of substantialinterests (or if permitted by the secretary of state, amend thestatement originally filed) at any time after the date when suchstatement is required to be filed.
