Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

      46-252.   Same; availability for public examination and copying;procedure.All statements of substantial interests filed under this act shall beavailable for examination and copying by the public at all reasonabletimes. Each individual examining a statement must first fill out a form orsign a register prepared and publicly maintained by the secretary of stateidentifying the examiner by name, occupation, address and telephone number,and listing the date of examination.
