Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

      46-273.   Same; improper influence over state agency in representationcase.(a) No lobbyist shall offer employment or employ any state officer oremployee or associated person thereof for a representation case, withintent to obtain improper influence over a state agency.

      (b)   No lobbyist shall offer employment or employ any state officer oremployee or associated person to use or attempt to use threat or promise ofofficial action in an attempt to influence a state agency in anyrepresentation case.
