Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 2.--STATE GOVERNMENTAL ETHICS

      46-277.   Intent required for act, action or conduct to constituteviolation.No act, action or conduct of any person shall constitute a violation ofthis act which is actionable by complaint before the commission, or bycriminal complaint, unless such act, action or conduct is intentionallyviolative of a provision of this act or intentionally violative of morethan one provision of this act.
