Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE
Article 6.--HOUSE ROLL-CALL SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT

      46-601.   Mechanical, electrical or electronic voting, when; equipmentrequirements.The vote of the members of the house of representatives of the Kansaslegislature may be taken and recorded by mechanical, electrical, orelectronic or any combination thereof means in all cases where the yeas andnays are required by the constitution of Kansas or ordered by members ofthe house. All such voting shall be taken and recorded by the use of modernequipment properly installed and operated.
