Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 10.--PUBLIC LIVESTOCK MARKETS

47-1001f. When license transferable; renewable, when.Each market license is personal to the holder and to the facilitiescovered thereby, and transferable only upon application in the same formand manner as new applications for such market licenses, except when anowner shall sell and convey a market to a bona fide purchaser who is tocontinue the market at the same location, the market license shall betransferred to the new owner upon application therefor, without a hearingbefore the commissioner, upon the furnishing of the required bond andwithout payment of any additional fee; and the license so transferred shallbe renewable upon payment of required fees and otherwise complying with thelaw for renewal of market licenses.
