Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 10.--PUBLIC LIVESTOCK MARKETS

      47-1003.   Investigations; arrests; access.For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this act, thecommissioner shall have power to makeinvestigations and arrest any persons found violating this act and shallhave, at all reasonable times, free and uninterrupted access to any and allbuildings, yards, pens, chutes, or scales in or upon which any of suchlivestock may be kept, quartered, weighed or handled by any dealer.
