Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 10.--PUBLIC LIVESTOCK MARKETS

      47-1010a.   Inapplicability of act to certain businesses.Nothing in this act shall in any manner affect any person engaged in thebusiness of buying or assembling livestock for the purpose of shipment toany packinghouse which is subject to regulation under what is commonlyknown as the packers and stockyards act of 1921, or for shipment to alivestock market where federal veterinary inspection is regularlymaintained, or for shipment to a public livestock market.
