Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 12.--DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS

      47-1206.   Rejection of application; notice; fee not refunded.If the commissioner finds that the buildings, substations, equipment,vehicles, places of transfer, and proposed methods of operation do notfully comply with the requirements of this act and the rules andregulations authorized and adopted hereunder, he shall notify the applicantwherein the same fails to so comply. If, within a reasonable timethereafter, to be fixed by the commissioner, the applicant notifies himthat such defects are remedied, a second inspection shall be made in thesame manner as upon the original application, and not more than two suchinspections need be made under one application. In case a license isrefused or denied such applicant, no part of the fee paid by him shall berefunded.
