Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 12.--DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS

      47-1217.   Penalties for violations; actions.The willful violation of any of the provisions of this act, or thewillful failure to comply with any of the provisions of this act, or any ofthe rules and regulations adopted thereunder, is hereby made a misdemeanor,and any person upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of notless than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars. It shallbe the duty of the attorney general and the various county attorneys, tofile suit in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any violation ofthis act or any rule or regulation authorized and adopted under theprovisions of this act.
