Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Article 12.--DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS

      47-1220.   Act inapplicable to movement of certain farm animals;exception.The provisions of this act, exclusive of subsection (b) of K.S.A.47-1219 shall not apply to the movement of the carcassesof cattle and horses from one farm to another, if said carcasses aremoved by the person who owned such animals immediately prior to theirdeaths, and if such animals were not affected with any contagious orinfectious disease at the time of their deaths.
